Konzert im Pierre Boulez Saal II
The Staatskapelle Berlin, together with the eminent Bach interpreter András Schiff, continues its programme of the instrumental works of the Cantor at St. Thomas with a line-up of music solely by Johann Sebastian Bach. Two concerts for two pianos (András Schiff and the young harpsichordist Schaghajegh Nosrati) are paired with two orchestral suites, incorporating a variety of musical figurations.
