»EIN BERLINER KONZERT«
In the mid- to late 18th century, Berlin was a hub of musical development. The circles of the Königlich Preußischen Hofkapelle (Royal Prussian Court Orchestra) and the incipient concert scene at court were made up of prominent artists of various types. A range of styles emerged, composed of different genres to form a polyphonic »Berlin-style concert«.
