The Bode Museum is an eye-catching building, not only from the outside with its striking dome. Inside, too, it is a jewel in Berlin’s museum landscape. If you have seen neither the inside or out, we highly recommend a visit. And if you are a regular museum-goer, there is another reason to go: On ten Sundays throughout the year you can combine a trip to the museum with a concert in the Gobelinsaal. Following a 60-70 minute concert by musicians of the Staatskappelle, visitors can explore the museum, search for the »artwork of the day« and enjoy a coffee in the stylish café, where visitors are also invited to a sparkling wine before the concert. Music and art – always an inspiring combination.
