Open-air and live at Bebelplatz

Every year, the open-air concerts of the Staatskapelle Berlin under the direction of Daniel Barenboim are a high point of the Berlin summer. Thousands come to Bebelplatz to hear classical and romantic major symphonies and instrumental concerts. »Staatsoper für alle« is once again being completed with a live broadcast of a performance from the opera house. Wagner’s »Tristan und Isolde«, featuring the most famous couple in the opera repertoire, will be seen and heard. At the beginning of 2018, Dmitri Tcherniakov created a new production of Wagner’s drama of love and death – now his interpretation and Daniel Barenboim’s can be experienced on the big screen in the open air, free of charge.
